In 1983, Arrival Customs Brokers was founded and commenced operations in a small office located near the port of Montreal. At that time, typewriters sat atop desks where computers sit today and runners ran back and forth to customs with stacks of documents.

Client service was paramount, each receiving personal attention, ensuring that customs releases were obtained quickly and expert advice given. Arrival quickly gained a reputation for excellence and grew over time to acquire a more diverse clientele seeking professional and prompt service.
